Southern Oil Transport, LLC was established in May of 2000. The company was founded to transport petroleum products from North Augusta, SC to customers in the surrounding area. Initially, petroleum hauling included the immediate Central Savannah River Area utilizing the petroleum terminals in North Augusta. Since its establishment, Southern Oil Transport now serves customers' needs in Belton, Spartanburg, Charleston as well as North Augusta. As part of our company service offerings, we utilize Trimble's @ Road System. This allows us to track our drivers' locations in realtime. Our drivers key the manifests into @ Road after each delivery. This system will time stamp the delivery with the loading manifest for proof postive GPS delivery confirmation. The system also allows us to communicate via message system to ensure that our customers' needs are met at all times. Our service would not be possible without our valuable business partners.
